Columbus is an absolutely booming Midwest sector of the United States. Recently, the city just surpassed San Francisco, becoming the ninth most populated city in the country.

Here are some of the best and most wholesome food spots you should check out if you are in the area!Vida’s Plant Based Butcher Shop – Carl Underwood IV started Truly Vida in 2018 to supply restaurants with more environmentally/human-friendly cuisine. Their wholesale operation supplied restaurants like Dirty Franks, N.High Brewing, 4th & State and Eden Burger prior to expansion.

On October 2nd, they opened a retail location by the name of Vida’s Plant Based Butcher Shop. They serve vegan versions of delicatessen specialities.
