Vida’s Plant Based Butcher Shop – Carl Underwood IV started Truly Vida in 2018 to supply restaurants with more environmentally/human-friendly cuisine. Their wholesale operation supplied restaurants like Dirty Franks, N.High Brewing, 4th & State and Eden Burger prior to expansion.
On October 2nd, they opened a retail location by the name of Vida’s Plant Based Butcher Shop. They serve vegan versions of delicatessen specialities.
