Clearly, XXXTentacion had much more status than a nobody, but his music has absolutely spiked since his passing. On Tuesday June 19, one day after he succumbed to a robbery/homicide his song, “Sad” overcame Taylor Swift’s one day streaming record (10.1M) with 10.4 million streams. Recently, the same song jumped from #52 to #1 on Billboard Top 100. Today, an eerie posthumous video made its way to YouTube.

According to real estate records from January-April XXX purchased four homes totaling $1.7M for his family and loved ones.

— $420,000 for a 3 bed, 2 bath 2,000 square foot home.

— $467,500 for a 4 bed, 2 bath 2,300 square foot home.

— $385,000 for a 4 bed, 2 bath 2,100 square foot home.

— $500,000 for a 4 bed, 3 bath 2,700 square foot home.

He also left the Earth with a parting gift in the form of his offspring.
