HBO’s, “Defiant Ones” director Allen Hughes confirmed that Dr. Dre is producing a song for Eminem’s upcoming album.
D12 member, Denaun Porter contacted artist 2 Chainz to inquire about a possible collaboration between 2 Chainz and Eminem.
Originally, 2 Chainz was asked to re-record a hook and some adlibs that Eminem had written.
2 Chainz declined this opportunity to re-record and insisted on writing and publishing his own original content.
After some deliberation, 2 Chainz graced Eminem’s track with a feature rather than a pre-written hook.
He even managed to rhyme ‘tabernacle’ with ‘Adam’s apple.’
The rumored track has yet to surface. In the meantime, 2 Chainz commenced production on his upcoming album. The next 2 Chainz album will feature production from Statik Selektah and Q-Tip.
